Monday afternoon we received a message from a Nobel Prize winning genetics lab in Cambridge. They told us the had tried to ship a batch of recombinant protein a day earlier with another shipper and it had somehow gotten lost. They asked if we could pick up a new batch that night and have it in Galveston, Texas by 12pm on Tuesday. We said yes and got started right
away. Eighteen hours later our messenger
arrived at the research lab in Galveston, protein in hand.
[Please let us know if you find a large cooler filled with dry ice and recombinant protein so we can return it to its rightful owners.]
